The Challenge

A premium real estate brand was investing in paid advertising but struggling to keep users engaged. Most visitors were leaving the site within seconds, resulting in low engagement and minimal conversions. The client preferred not to develop a separate landing page for campaigns, limiting the ability to optimize the funnel through traditional means.


My Approach

Using Google Analytics data, I pinpointed the pages with the highest traffic from both organic and paid sources:

  1. The homepage, acting as the main landing hub

  2. An internal page showcasing available apartments, critical for driving inquiries


I focused my efforts on improving the user experience where it mattered most:

  • Streamlined the homepage layout to improve clarity and guide users to next steps

  • Optimized the apartment listings page for better content hierarchy and easier navigation

  • Switched to long-tail keywords to attract users with higher intent

  • Launched retargeting campaigns to re-engage previous site visitors
